Standard #: 22VAC40-665-780-A-3 Description: Based on a review of the emergency drill log on 01/07/2019, the center did not ensure that the lockdown procedures are practiced annually. EVIDENCE: 1) There was no documentation on the emergency drill log to demonstrate that the lockdown procedures were practiced during 2018. 2) Administrative Staff and Staff #2 reviewed the emergency drill log and could not provide any documentation during the inspection to demonstrate the lockdown procedures were practiced in 2018. Plan of Correction: Per the Center: "Staff member responsible for initiating emergency drills is now aware that the lock down drill was missed. The director has been assigned by the owner to ensure that this mistake is not repeated by reviewing drills monthly."
