Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 1/11/19 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. An unannounced renewal inspection was completed on 1/11/19. There were 28 children present from four years through 11 years with three staff supervising. Five children's records were reviewed. Four staff records were reviewed for updates. There were two medications observed for one child in care (emergency/as needed). The inspector arrived at the school at 3:25 pm and departed at 5:30 pm. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
