An unannounced Complaint Inspection was initiated in the center and completed on January 14, 2019 in regards to a complaint received by the department regarding administration and special care provision/ emergencies. An inspection was conducted at the facility, interviews with staff and observations were made. There was not a preponderance of evidence to support the allegation therefore it was determined not valid. The results of this inspection were reviewed with the Center Director.
