Comments:
A renewal study was conducted with the director of the school age program and the director of the preschool program. 98 Children were in care, the age range of the children was ten months to five yeas old. Children were observed during the outside time, free play and group time. All the required paper work was posted. 15 children's records and ten staff records were reviewed. Description: Based on review of children's medication the center did not have a policy for not using out of date medications. Evidence: Child A's medication expired in December 2017.

Plan of Correction: We will write a policy for not using medications that have expired
