An unannounced, mandated renewal inspection was conducted today. The inspector arrived at 2:10 PM and departed at 4:15 PM. The first set of arrivals from school were observed. Thirty-two children aged preschool and older arrived. Afternoon snack and activities were observed. Medication administration and injury records were reviewed. A sample size of five staff records and five children's records were reviewed. An exit meeting was conducted with the program director prior to closure of the inspection.
Standard #: 22VAC40-185-50-A Description: Based upon observation, the facility has not ensured that staff and children's records are treated confidentially. Evidence: The Supplemental Information page from the inspection conducted on 10/5/2018 was posted on the licensing board. The Supplemental information sheet included names of staff and indicates "Information found on the Supplemental Information page is confidential and this document is not to be posted in the facility. Plan of Correction: The facility responded with the following: Supplemental Information pages will not be posted.
