Standard #: 22VAC40-185-350-E-1 Complaint related: Yes Description: Based on observation, it was determined that the Infant classroom was not in appropriate ratio of 1 staff to 4 infants. Evidence: At 8:45 on this date, there were 5 infants with one staff person. Plan of Correction: The Director moved one older infant to the older infant room. Then both rooms were at a 1:4 ratio. The Center administration will work on assuring that all classrooms are in ratio without moving children from room to room to maintain appropriate ratio. The Owners will be on site to assist with classroom coverage or door duty.
