Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted beginning at 7:00 a.m. and ending at 8:00 a.m. with the director and one staff. There were nine children in care ranging in age from five to ten years old. Children were observed having quiet activity time that included playing educational games on two tablets, playing card games that included Uno and Skipbo and playing dominoes. Zones were set up and well organized with ample supplies. Six children's records and two staff records were reviewed. Four medications, authorizations and administration logs were reviewed.
