Today an unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted between the hours of 3:20pm and 5:15pm. I observed 61 children directly supervised by 4 staff. Ratios and supervision were in compliance. Children were observed doing homework, reading books, coloring, doing crafts, playing table games, participating in group play, and playing outside. Staff were actively engaged with the children and assisting them with tasks as needed. The physical plant, 5 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. The cafeteria was found to be clean, safeguarded appropriately, and adequately supplied with equipment and supplies. Medication management was in compliance. Required staff training documents were on-site. Emergency preparedness supplies in order. Questions about this inspection may be directed to: email@example.com
