A complaint investigation was initiated on February 15, 2019 regarding staff qualifications. After interviewing staff, reviewing staff records, and observing in the infant room, there is a preponderance of evidence to support the allegation regarding no lead qualified staff in the infant room and therefore the complaint is valid. Additional violations were cited today not part of the complaint investigation. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice. Staff #2 remained alone in the infant room for the remainder of the inspection which ended at 12:00pm. 3. Staff #2 stated she is the lead teacher for the infant room. Staff #2 stated she has worked at the center since October 2018 and was promoted to the role of lead teacher in December 2018 or January 2019.
