The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection on 2/21/2019 in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing office on 02/20/2019. Interviews were conducted with staff, inspection of the facility and records was also conducted relating to the allegations relating to building maintenance, toilets/sinks, kitchen appliances, and sick children. The evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation. There are no violations resulting from this complaint investigation. If you need further assistance, please contact me.
