Technical Assistance:
Currently no staff with current medication training. No medication needs at this time. You are reminded that if a child enrolled is required to take medication that at least one staff present with current MAT training is required.

Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted this date. A total of 16 children with 2 staff present. Children were observed arriving for the program directly after school. They placed their belonging in individual bins and sat quietly for staff to call attendance. The program provides care in both the gym and cafeteria where they have snack. Previous violations were reviewed and improvement in child records was found. A total of 6 children's records were reviewed and found complete. No medications on site at this time. Staff records are reviewed in the administration office annually. This inspection began at 1:55pm and ended at 3:15pm. Thank you for your cooperation today.
