An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on 02/22/2019 and 03/05/2018 in response to a complaint that was received in the licensing office on 02/06/2019 regarding alleged noncompliance in the area of staffing and supervision. Based on the information gathered through review of documents, interviews, and a tour of the facility, this incident has been found not valid. Based on the information gathered, there was not sufficient evidence to support the allegations. There were no violations resulting from from this complaint investigation. The allegation was discussed with the program director at the exit meeting.
