Comments:
An unannounced mandated inspection was conducted from 10:30 a.m. until 12:30. There were 17 children in care with three staff supervising at all times. Children were observed at circle time being read to, participating in AL's Pal's, brushing teeth, cleaning hands, going to lunch and eating lunch, playing outside, and during rest time. No medications were reported to being administered. Five children's records were reviewed. A violation is identified on the violation notice. Description: Based on observation, the center did not have emergency procedures posted in a conspicuous place. Evidence:t 1. The inspector asked to see the posted procures and they were not posted.

Plan of Correction: The director will post them, they had been in a notebook.
