An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted from 9:10 a.m to 2 pm. Five staff records were reviewed for CPR, First Aid and Virginia Pre-Service Training. Two allergy action plans were reviewed and complete. The most recent lock-down drill was conducted on 8/28/18. If there are any questions regarding this inspection, contact Pam Smith at 540-878-0589. New subsidy requirements became effective October 17 2018. The facility has not yet complied with the following requirements. All staff who work with children must be informed of children's allergies, sensitivities, and dietary restrictions. A list of all children's allergies must be kept confidentially in the room or area where children are present.

Evidence: The center did not have written documentation of the VPS training for staff E ( hired 10/31/17) Plan of Correction: We had it at the time of the inspection . Place in the correct file.
