Comments:
The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced inspection on Tuesday, March 5, 2019, from 1:00pm to 1:47pm in response to a self-reported incident that the Department received on February 26, 2019 regarding allegations of rough handling. Video footage was viewed as well as interviews with staff were completed. The child's parents and the center's district manager were present during this investigation. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not validate the self-reported incident of rough handling. Therefore, the self report is determined to be not valid. There are no violations resulting from this inspection. If you have any questions about this inspection, please contact your licensing inspector, Roshon Casey, at (804) 662-9760.
