An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted with the director beginning at 8:45 AM and ending at 10:43 AM in conjunction with the licensing inspection. There were fifteen children in care during the inspection. The children were four and five years. The children were observed playing with blocks, coloring, and dressing up in the home living area. Five children's records were reviewed. Four staff records were reviewed and in compliance. There were no medications on site to be reviewed. The first aid kit, flashlight, and weather-band radio were observed and in compliance. The emergency escape drill log was reviewed and in compliance. The most recent lockdown drill was documented as 10/05/18. The most recent fire inspection was dated 2/13/18. The most recent health inspection was dated 4/13/18.
