Comments:
An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted to investigate an allegation regarding care, protection, and guidance and the forbidden action of rough handling. The inspection was initiated with the assistant director on February 8, 2019 beginning at 2:20 PM and ending at 3:30 PM. One child's record and one staff records were reviewed and in compliance. Three staff interview were conducted. An exit meeting was conducted with the director on February 28, 2019. There were no violations were issued as a result of this inspection due to insufficient corroborating evidence to substantiate the allegations.
