An unannounced Renewal inspection was conducted this date. A total of 52 children with 5 staff present today. Children were observed arriving to the program directly after school. Children were well acquainted with transitioning to the program, placing their belongings in an individual bin and lining up for bathroom procedures. Staff were positioned strategically throughout the program room to ensure adequate supervision. A small group transitioned to outside play time. Children were observed in small groups throughout the area completing small crafts such as coloring with chalk colors, making beaded shapes and playing with small spinning tops. Ample supplies and books available for the children all within reach to encourage independent selection. A total of 5 children's records were reviewed and found complete. Medication on site today and reviewed. CPR/First Aid, MAT and daily health observation was verified. Previous violations from the December inspection were reviewed and corrective actions were verified. Please email me at: firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions.
