Children were observed eating snack consisting of goldfish crackers and strawberries, playing with toys, using the restroom/ diapering procedures, and interacting with staff. All areas used by children were inspected to include the main hallways, children's restrooms, classrooms, and cafeteria. Due to today's thunderstorm the children's playground was not inspected. The center had the required postings displayed on the bulletin board upon entering the center and in children's classrooms. Five children's records and two staff records were inspected with the majority of the required information present, see attached violation notice. The following was also inspected on this day: annual inspections, fire drills, daily infant reports, injury reports, parent handbook/ agreements, and other pertinent information.
