Discussed medications and allergies for children.

Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted from 7:30am to 8:45am. There were 30 children in care of 2 staff members. The children were observed arriving to the program and engaged in structured activities. Staff to children interactions were observed to be positive. 5 children's records and 1 staff record was reviewed. Emergency drill records, first aid kit and medications were reviewed. Description: Based on record review, the center did not obtain a physical exam for a child enrolled. Evidence: Child # 1's record did not have a copy of the physical exam.

Plan of Correction: I will ask the parents to bring in a copy of the physical exam.
