Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 9:00am-12:00pm. There were 75 children (infants-5yrs.) supervised by 12 direct care staff. The physical plant, programming, staff records, children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in circle time, reading books, playing outside, and doing art. Diapering and hand-washing procedures were reviewed. There was an abundance of books, toys, and materials, which were found to be developmentally appropriate for the children in care at the time of inspection. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice. Thank you for your cooperation during this inspection. Description: Based on observation, not all outlets are inaccessible to children. Evidence: An outlet was uncovered, making it accessible to children in the Infant 2 classroom.

Description: Based on observation, the diaper changing station is being used for other things besides changing diapers. Evidence: The attendance clipboard along with other items were stored onto of the diaper changing table in the Infant 2 room

Description: Based on observation, not all bottles located in the refrigerator are labeled with name and correct date. Evidence: A child's bottle in the Infant 2 classroom refrigerator, was dated with old dates.
