A complaint was received on 3/15/19 of concern with infant sleeping arrangements for one 10 month old child on a specific date and posting of notices for exposure to communicable diseases. An unannounced complaint inspection was made on 3/20/19. The child's record was reviewed, staff records had been reviewed two weeks prior to this inspection, and three staff were interviewed who were working in the class with that child on the reported date, and one additional staff person was interviewed who works with the child regularly. Observations were also made of the center, equipment and materials. Based on the observations and interviews, there were no violations of the Standards related to this complaint.
