**Discussed with staff to remember to keep the key to the medication lock box inaccessible to children. The key is currently kept on the lock box, but staff stated that they are already working with maintenance to obtain a key to the cabinet so that they can lock the key in there.
- Comments:

An unannounced Monitoring Inspection was conducted today from 6:20am to 7:20am. There were 9 school-agers directly supervised by 2 staff. The physical plant, 3 staff records, 6 children?s records, 2 children's medications and medication authorization records, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in group and individual play, dancing, taking a morning nap and arriving to care. There was a sufficient supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. There was an adequate number of staff with current certification in MAT, CPR and First Aid, as well as DHO training. Staff-to-child ratios were in compliance. The center was clean and organized.
