An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 2:15 - 3:45 pm. There were 31 children, ranging in age from six years to 11 years of age, present with three staff supervising. The children were observed participating in arts and crafts activities, washing their hands, eating snack and playing games quietly. Snack served today was oatmeal bites and milk. Four children's files and three staff files were reviewed and in compliance. The last emergency escape drill was conducted 3/13/19, the last shelter-in-place drill was conducted 11/9/18 and the last lockdown drill was conducted 1/10/19. Two medications and authorization forms were reviewed and in compliance.
