Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted from 10:45 am - 1:15 pm with the director. There were 65 children in care, ranging from two months to five years of age, supervised by 11 staff. The children were observed playing outside, listening to a story, washing hands and eating lunch. Lunch served today was sweet and sour chicken, rice, broccoli and pineapple tidbits with milk. Seven children's files and four staff files were reviewed and in compliance. One medication was reviewed and in compliance. Two vans, the playground, and the emergency escape drill log were observed and in compliance. Annual training is up to date. The last health inspection was: 10/5/2018 and the last fire inspection was: 2/21/2019.
