An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 11:15 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. There were 51 children in care being supervised by 8 staff members. The children were observed participating outdoor play, preparing for lunch, and eating lunch. Lunch served today is chicken patty on whole grain roll, peas, applesauce, and milk. Ten children's records were reviewed and in compliance. Five staff records were reviewed and in compliance. Four medications were reviewed and in compliance. There are two staff members on site who are MAT (Medication Administration Training) certified. The most recent emergency escape drill was conducted 03/20/2019 and the most recent shelter in place drill was conducted 06/25/2018.
