During the allegation inspection, the Licensing Inspector observed Staff #3 swatting a cracker out of a child #1's hand and then hitting the other hand. The same staff member (#3) was seen roughly handling two other children in the same time period by pulling child #2 onto the rug and forcing child #3 into a chair.
