An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with the director beginning at 12:00 PM and ending at 1:30 PM. There were forty-four children in the care of seven staff members. The children were observed cleaning up after lunch and during outside recreation time. Hand washing and bathroom procedures were also observed. Ten children's records and four staff records were reviewed and in compliance. Seven medications were reviewed and in compliance. The first aid kit, flashlight, and weather-band radio were observed and in compliance. The emergency evacuation drill log was reviewed and in compliance. The most recent emergency evacuation drill was documented as 4/3/19. The most recent shelter-in-place drill was documented as 4/4/19. The most recent fire inspection was dated 9/5/18.
