An unannounced Complaint Inspection was initiated and completed in the center on April 16, 2019 regarding a complaint received by the department. Complainant reported concerns related to staffing /supervision. Based on observations, review of center documentation and staff interviews, there was not a preponderance of evidence to support the allegation of inadequate staffing/supervision, therefore the complaint has been determined to be NOT VALID.
