Comments:
Thank you for your assistance during today's unannounced monitoring inspection conducted from 11:10 AM to 3:30 PM. Today, there were seventy-eight school age children with seven to nine staff. The children were present for all day hours of operation during spring break. I viewed program activities, daily routines, staffing, supervision, interactions with children, posted information, emergency supplies and drill records, emergency planning, agency inspections, insurance, menu, nutrition, lunch, seven records for children, seven staff records, staff qualifications, staff training, equipment, medication, indoor and outdoor areas. The children have enjoyed active play outside and in the gym. Games, toys and manipulatives were some of the table activities available. A variety of art and craft activities have been available. The staff provided appropriate supervision and frequent interactions with the children in their group. No violations observed during this inspection. Let me know if you have any questions. 540/430-9259
