A complaint was received by the inspector on 03/26/2019 regarding that the facility was not following their own drop-off/pick-up policy/procedures; there was also concern of staff member's ability to perform job duties. An unannounced complaint inspection was made on 04/09/2019. The inspector interviewed 3 staff members and reviewed the following: the facility's drop-off/pick-up policies/procedures, 2 staff records and 1 child's record during the complaint investigation. The identified classroom of concern was observed. Based on the interviews, the review of the facility's policies/procedures and the review of records, the complaint was determined to be "not valid". There were no violations cited during the complaint investigation.
