The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced monitoring inspection Monday, April 15, 2019 from 1:00pm to 02:50pm. The children were observed resting on cots. The infants were observed playing on the floor with their teachers and resting. All classrooms and playgrounds were inspected today. Five children?s records and five employee records were reviewed during this inspection. Medication is being administered, however the center did not have any being administered at this time. The center's first aid kit and emergency supplies were inspected. Last emergency drill:03/27/2019 Shelter-in-place drills: 04/09/2019 Last fire inspection: 04/10/2019 Last health inspection: 01/29/2019 Today, the following child to staff ratios were observed: Infants ?8:2 Toddlers ?8:1(rest time ratio) Twos ? 16:1(rest time ratio) Preschool (Threes) ?10:1(rest time ratio) Pre-K-16:1 (rest time ratio) School Age ? not present The violations from the previous inspections were checked for corrections.
