Please review with the school their responsibility ( as previously agreed upon) regarding escorting children, who after completing their club, back to the Licensed program.
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today with the site manger , who was present with a second staff. Ten children and two staff were on the playground at the beginning of the inspection with three additional children in clubs. The three children joined the larger group on the playground then the children went inside, washed their hands and had snack which consited of cheese sticks, crackers or cereal. There were no medications on site for any of the children. A sample of injury/accidents documentation was reviewed. Two staff and six children's files were reviewed and determined to be in compliance. There were no violations observed during this inspection. Arrival time: 4:30 pm Departure time: 5:45 pm
