Technical Assistance:
If a child has a diagnosed food allergy you must obtain an allergy plan from a physician regardless if the child has medication or not for the allergy.

Comments:
A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted today with the site manager who was present with an additional staff and 13 children. There were no medication on site for any of the children. The center is up to date with their lock down drill. There were no violations observed during this inspection. Arrival time: 4: 30 pm Departure time: 5:45 pm
