An unannounced complaint inspection was initiated on March 20, 2019 and completed on April 29, 2019 regarding allegations involving staffing/supervision and special care precautions/emergenices. Licensing Inspector conducted classroom observations and interviewed staff. Based on observations and interviews, there is not preponderance of evidence to support the allegations therefore the complaint is deemed not valid.
