An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted beginning at 12:50 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. There were 39 children in care ranging in age from 3 years to 5 years old with 6 staff. Children were observed during transition after lunch, washing hands and having bathroom time. After transition, children prepared for outdoor play. Children were observed on the playground. After outdoor time, children had rest time. Four staff records and five children's records were reviewed. Three medications and authorizations were reviewed.
