Consultation provided on documenting the specific amount of tummy time daily, documents that must be kept in the buses while transporting children, outside time for infants and emergency contact information for children's files.
- Comments:

An unannounced renewal study was conducted today with the director, who was present with 48 children with 8 staff providing supervision. Most of the children were napping except for the infants who were eating and playing on the floor. Two children had emergency medications on site. Six staff and seven children's files were reviewed as well as documentation for eight injury/accidents. Three buses were also inspected. There were no violations observed during this inspection. Arrival time: 1 pm Departure time: 3: 25 pm
