An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted from 4:30 - 5:30 pm. There were 40 children present, ranging in age from 5 years to 11 years of age, with four staff supervising. The children were observed washing hands preparing for snack, eating snack, and playing with a variety of table top activities. Snack served today was salad with dressing, oranges and water. Five children's records were reviewed and in compliance. The most recent emergency escape drill was conducted 4/30/19 and the most recent shelter in place drill was conducted 2/27/19. The last health inspection was: 11/19/18 and the last fire inspection was: 9/24/18. Three medications and authorization forms were reviewed and in compliance.
