An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 3:45 - 4:45 pm. There were 28 children, ranging in age from six years to ten years of age, present with three staff supervising. The children were observed eating snack, reading and doing homework. Snack served today was pretzels, hummus and water. Four children's records were reviewed and in compliance. Three on site staff records were reviewed and in compliance. The last emergency escape drill was conducted 5/8/19 and the last shelter-in-place drill was conducted 4/23/19. Two staff are certified in Medication Administration Training (MAT) but there were no medications to review.
