An unannounced complaint investigation was conducted on March 18, 2019 and May 6, 2019, in response to a complaint received in the Valley Licensing Office on March 14, 2019. The concern was regarding the following area of the licensing standards - parent involvement (communication when persistent behavioral problems are identified). Interviews were conducted and relevant documents were reviewed. The preponderance of the evidence did not support the allegation regarding lack of parent communication and the complaint is, therefore, not valid.
