The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced monitoring inspection Tuesday, May 14, 2019 from 11:00am to 1:40pm. The children were observed eating lunch and resting on cots. All classrooms, the playground and van were inspected today. Five children?s records and five employee records were reviewed during this inspection. Medication is being administered and was reviewed. The center's first aid kit and emergency supplies were inspected. Last emergency drill: 04/24/2019 Last shelter-in-place drill: 04/24/2019 Total enrollment today: 57 Today, the following child to staff ratios were observed: Infants ?4:1 Toddlers ?5:1 Twos ? 15:2 Threes-9:1 Young Fours ?10:1 Pre-K ?14:2 School Age ? not present The violations from the previous inspections were checked for corrections.
