Thank you for your assistance during this unannounced monitoring inspection. This on-site visit was conducted on May 13, 2019 from 10:40 a.m through 1:10 p.m. There were thirty-one children in the care of six staff in four classrooms. No medication is being administered at the present. Five children's and five staff records were reviewed and updated. Areas observed were: free choice activity, infant feeding, hand washing/diapering procedures, story-time, transition, lunch and nap. Interactions between the children and staff were observed as appropriate and the children seem comfortable with their daily routine and schedule.
