A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on May 28, 2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. Five staff were present with fifteen children. Five children's records and five staff records were reviewed. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice.

Evidence: Staff did not provide a written policy and procedure when requested that describes how they will ensure that each group of children receives care by consistent staff or team of staff members. Plan of Correction: Policy was written during inspection and will be added to the parent handbook.
