An unannounced monitoring inspection was completed on 05/29/2019 from 12:30 P.M.-2:15 P.M. on site, and from 2:30 P.M.-3:45 P.M. off site to review staff records. At the time of the inspection 11 children were in care with two staff and one site manager. Five children records, three staff records, one medication and required documentation, emergency evacuations, first aid kits, injury prevention plan, playground safety plan, health inspection, fire inspection, emergency supplies, emergency plan, and posted required information were reviewed. Children were observed during television time, free choice activities, gross motor time in the gym, handwashing, and behavioral guidance. No violations were found during the inspection .
