An unannounced monitoring visit and facility tour was conducted from 4:49pm-5:35pm. At the time of inspectors' arrival there were 29 children in care with 3 staff members. Children were observed participating in indoor play, transitioning between activities and departing procedures. A sample of 5 children's records and 4 staff records were reviewed. Medications, injury reports, first aid kit and emergency supplies were also reviewed. An additional record review was conducted at the administrative office on 5/30/19. There were no violations observed during this inspection.
