A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 5/29/19 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. At the time of inspectors' arrival there were 29 school aged children in care with 3 staff members. Children were observed participating in indoor play, transitioning between activities and departure. A sample of 5 children's records and 4 staff on-site records were reviewed. Medications and injury reports were also reviewed. An additional record review was conducted on 5/30/19 at the Administrative office as complete staff records are kept offsite. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were observed during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection.
