Discussion was held on the topics of current enrollment, current staffing, and the annual review of emergency information. It was discussed that the annual review is kept separately from each child's file in an emergency binder for each building.

The following inspection took place between the hours of 10 am through 1 pm. Today, I met with the Staff of Your Child's Place CDC located in Vienna, Virginia. At the start of this unannounced monitoring inspection there were a total of 62 children with 10 classroom staff; good ratios in all 7 rooms (between the 2 buildings). A total of 5 children?s files and 5 staff files were reviewed. The children were engaged in the following: diapering, hand washing, puppets, infant feeding, music, blocks play, center activities within their classrooms, art, lunch time, nap time, and other organized activities.
