An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted with the director beginning at 8:45 AM and ending at 11:13 AM in conjunction with the licensing monitoring inspection. There were seventy-eight children, ages five through eleven years old, in care during the inspection. The kindergarten classes were observed preparing to leave on a field trip for the day. The other classes were observed during instructional time. Ten children's records were reviewed and in compliance. Five staff records were reviewed and in compliance. Four allergy care plans were reviewed and in compliance. The first aid kit, flashlight, and weather-band radio were observed and in compliance. The most recent lockdown drill was documented as December 24, 2018.The most recent health inspection was dated March 13, 2019. The most recent fire inspection was dated December 11, 2018.
