An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today with the director, who was present with 86 children with 13 staff providing supervision. Most of the children were on their cots for nap time. For lunch, the staff reported serving the children macaroni and cheese, banana, pears and milk. Seven staff and five children's files were reviewed today and determined to be complete. A sample size of 12 injury/accidents were reviewed as well as eleven medications were reviewed for eight children. There were no violations observed during this inspection.
