An unannounced complaint investigation was began on 5/31/19 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 4/25/19. Classroom observation, video footage review and interviews with staff were conducted relating the allegation regarding staff to child ratios. The information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation, so the complaint is determined to be "not valid".
